Ever wonder how or if you could add multiple site owners to a Google Webmaster Tools account for a particular website? The answer is… YES. Here is how Google Webmaster Blog answers the questions:
“Managing site verification for multiple site owners
Site verification in Webmaster Tools is based on Webmaster Tools accounts. If more than one person needs to view Webmaster Tools data for a given site, you have two options. You can:
- Have each site owner verify the site separately. Onwers can verify their site by uploading an HTML file, adding a meta tag or DNS TXT record, or adding a Google Analytics tracking code associated with the site.
- Have one site owner add other site owners. Once one owner has verified the site using one of the available methods, that owner can add other users to the account.
